invoice grabber is an invoice orchestration tool that allows you to quickly collect all invoices, share them with teams, and automate workflows such as approval workflows, sending to account payables or ERP systems.

Why invoice grabber?

We started invoice grabber due to the recurring hassle of finding all invoices on various platforms. With an accountant nagging about missing docs, we lost valuable time in sorting everything out. Our goal was to create a central repository where all invoices would come in, get sorted and then be sent to the appropriate accounting system.

Since some invoices arrived in mailboxes, and others had to be collecting on their own portals, we combined inbox fetching a chrome extension with various other sources.
